ANOTHER HAGUE CASE TO BE DEFERRED TO SARAJEVO COURT
A request for the deferral of Mitar Rasevic’s case to the Bosnia and Herzegovina courts has been filed. Rasevic is charged with crimes in the Foca Correctional and Penitentiary Facility. There are currently five cases waiting for a decision on deferral to courts in BH, Croatia and Serbia-Montenegro.

SAVO TODOVIC POSTPONES ENTERING HIS PLEA
Former deputy warden of the Foca penitentiary and correctional facility exercised his right to enter his plea within 30 days. He is charged with crimes against detained Bosniak and Croatian civilians. Todovic does not want to discuss publicly “where he lived until his arrival in The Hague”

SAVO TODOVIC REFUSES TO ENTER PLEA
Former deputy warden of the Foca KP Dom (Penitentiary and correctional facility) decided not to enter his plea on any of the eighteen counts of the indictment, as is his right. Judge Agius then recorded a plea of “not guilty” on his behalf
