The International Court of Justice schedules a public hearing on the jurisdiction and admissibility in the case of "legality of the use of force" filed by the Belgrade authorities against NATO member-states five years ago.

A hearing on the jurisdiction and admissibility of an April 1999 Applications filed by the former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia against NATO members begins tomorrow before the supreme world court.

The scheduled five-day public hearing on the jurisdiction of the ICJ and the admissibility of proceedings brought by the former FRY against eight NATO member states five years ago began today before the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
